Need To Replace Shelbly 5101 2 Inch Coupler With A 2-5/16 Coupler

Question:

I have a small trailer with a Shelby 5101 coupler w/2inch ball. Id like to change it to a 2 5/16 like my other trailers for convenience. Any recommendations?

Yeah we can get you a new coupler that will take a 2-5/16 ball.

Depending on the payload I suggest the Buyers Products A-Frame Trailer Coupler w Jack Hole - Auto Latch - 2-5/16" Ball - Weld On - 15K # 3370091595. It has a weight capacity of 15,000 pounds, is heavy duty steel with a black powder coat, weld on install and made in America.

If you do not need one so stout we have the Fulton A-Frame Coupler, 2-5/16" Ball, Wedge Latch, Primed Finish - 10,000 lbs # F44305R0317. It has a 10,000 pound capacity, high strength construction, weld on install with a primer finish.
