Is Longer Hardware Included with Yakima Replacement PowderHound Hardware # Y8860040

Question:
When I ordered the powderhound it came with a mount like this, I had to use the larger set of included screws for it to fit on my crossbar. I was wondering if this set included those screws.

The mount itself and the bolts that are included with the Replacement Mounting Hardware # Y8860040 will allow you to attach your Yakima PowderHound carrier to crossbars that are up to 3-7/8" wide or 1-1/4" tall. The longer bolts for attaching the carrier to taller crossbars aren't included but can be obtained with part # Y80011 if needed.
These bolts measure 2-1/4" long.
