Question:
I have a 2017 fleetwood discovery with a brake light monitor and Im installing a brakemaster second vehicle kit on a 2019 ford f150. My question, which pole on the 6 way i will be using do i connect the black monitor wire?

Expert Reply:
The monitor light of the Brakemaster part # RM-9160 doesn't tie into the tow bar wiring of the vehicle it installs in and instead wires to the towed vehicle. I attached a diagram that shows how the switch wires up as well.
