Comparing Stealth Hitches for 2020 Subaru Outback

I see there are a couple of the Stealth hitches for the 2020 Subaru Outback, but it looks like there are some for towing and not? Do I have that right? Can you compare them?

The difference between the Stealth trailer hitches for the 2020 Subaru Outback is simply that one is used for accessories like a bike rack, while the other is designed for towing a trailer.

The Stealth Hitches Rack Receiver # 391SUOB20 comes with a 2 inch receiver which is only to be used for accessories. The receiver (pictured) cannot be used for towing, it is for people who want a hitch to use with a bike rack like the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2-Bike Platform Rack # HR200Z.

If you plan on using the rack for towing and accessories, you need the Stealth Hitches Trailer Hitch Receiver with Towing Package # 391SUOB20T. This comes with the 2 inch receiver for accessories (not for towing), but also comes with a ball mount with integrated 2" hitch ball and a trailer wiring harness (pictured). To tow, simply change out the receiver to the ball mount.
