Question:

Is there a reset or fuse that may have blown its in a 2018 sandpiper camper and we bought it new

It sounds like your Greystone fireplace kicked into automatic shutoff mode- which occurs when too much heat builds up. In order to reset the fireplace you'll need to turn off all of the functions, unplug it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes (which might require un-mounting the unit to access the plug). While you've got it unplugged would be a good time to check that outlet to make sure that a fuse hasn't blown, as well as checking to make sure that the unit works in another outlet once you wait the 10-15 minutes for it to reset.

If this unit is mounted in a wall that isn't vented well, it's possible that this might be a recurring problem, so it might be worth running some sort of vent to make sure that the unit doesn't over-heat on a regular basis. If the fireplace as tripped a circuit on your camper, you'll need to change out the fuse (if blown) and the follow the reset procedure outlined above.

If these steps don't work for you, please let me know and I can give you a few other things to look at.

@Minerva you may be having the same issue as I am: I opened on of my fireplaces up to see what exactly was going on. They work fine when the fan is set to low but when set to high, the motor stops turning. The fans spin freely when I unplugged the unit. So evidently the motor must over heat on high or simply the motor is going out. It’s not really cold yet so the low setting is ok right now

@Jan have you tried pulling power to reset it? If that doesn't work it is probably a bad board and needs to be replaced.
