I'm looking for a hitch that doesn't stick out too much for my 2020 Dodge Durango so that we can tow a small utility trailer. Is there one available?

I have a great solution for you to mount a hitch behind the bumper on your 2020 Dodge Durango; have a look at the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame # DT38MR. This hitch mounts behind the bumper and is accessible via the removable panel on the rear bumper so that it stays hidden when it's not in use.

When it comes to wiring, you'll want to use the Tekonsha # 118617 which plugs in behind the driver and passenger side tail lights to provide you with a 4 way connector on the rear of your vehicle. If your vehicle was equipped with the tow package wiring, you can instead use the Curt # C55515, which plugs into the US car connector at the rear of your vehicle and will also provide you with a 4 way trailer connection.
