I reached out to the manufacturer, Buyers Products, who told me an ICC bumper is NOT required on your truck in order to install the Buyers Products Flatbed/Flatbed Dump Hitch Plate Bumper with Pintle Mount # 3371809050 or the same bumper with 2" Receiver # 3371809055.
