The Pace Edwards SwitchBlade Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-SWC0303 can handle going through an automatic car wash. If you are also asking if it will keep the contents of the truck bed dry the answer to that would be mostly yes. This uses an advanced drain system that directly nearly all water to the outside of the bed but it's not totally waterproof so if you have something in the bed you need totally dry you'd need to remove it before going through the car wash.
This cover is one of the most water proof cover options out there so it would be best option.
