The Titan Chain Clevis Hook w/ Spring Loaded Latch part # TCSLIP-G70-10-L has a 1-1/16" hook opening so it should work just fine with the safety chain loops on a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 though we have not been able to test this for ourself. That said, all you need to do is measure the safety chain loops on your vehicle to determine compatibility. The Titan Chain Clevis Hook part # TCSLIP-G70-13-L is the largest we offer with a 1-1/4" opening.
