Recommended Wet Bolt Kit for Lippert Road Armor Equalizers

Hello , I have a 2017 Ragen by Pacific Coachworks with 3-6k axles. I am looking to upgrade the suspension to a Lippert Road Armor Equalizer and would like to know the wet bolt kit I need including the bolt that holds the equalizer itself.

You'll need to use wet bolts that have a 9/16" diameter for the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740. I highly recommend the Never Fail Tandem Axle Suspension Upgrade Hardware Kit # LC281285 because it comes with Never Fail bushings that don't require lubrication and they last longer than the standard bronze bushings do. This kit also comes with 3-1/2" long and 4-3/8" long shackle straps so you just need to choose which length suits your application best. Please note that you need to use just one size, don't interchange the different lengths.

The Road Armor kit comes fitted with bronze bushings so you will need to remove those. Some people will try to push the bronze bushings out with the never fail bushings and while this can work with bronze to bronze bushings, the Never Fail bushings are a softer material than the bronze bushings so you can actually ruin the Never Fail bushings if you try to install them this way.
