So to get the correct equalizer upgrade kit, the most important thing is the measurements of your current equalizers. Specifically, the width from bolt hole to bolt hole (on center), and height from bolt hole to bolt hole (on center). I have added a cut out below that shows the dimensions of the two different equalizer upgrade kits for 3,500 lb axles.

As you can see, there is a 6" width and 3-1/2" height for the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit # LC696740.

Also, there is a 5-1/2" width and 2-1/2" height for the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279687.

So you'd want to choose the equalizer upgrade that is either a match or close to the measurements that your equalizer has right now. Then for mounting hardware, the right one will depend on which of the above equalizers you get. Either the Road Armor Kit # LC52SV or Equa-Flex Kit # LC64FR.
