What are the part numbers for the bolt and bracket kit?

The Phoenix USA Wheel Center Cap part # PXQ1009 which is for a 6-1/2" diameter axle or the Phoenix USA Wheel Center Cap part # PXQ1020 which is for a 8-1/4" diameter axle already comes with the bolt and bracket that is needed but these are not available separately therefore there is no part number for them.
