Replacement Kwikee Linkage and Motor for 26 Series Steps 151320 On 2002 Motorhome

Question:

I have a 2002 Holiday Rambler Endeavor. My electric steps only come out partially. They are loose and slide in and out easy. They do not lock. As the coach is going on 18 years old I feel better to replace the motor and linkage with new parts. I have a Kwikee 151320 series 26. Can you tell me if item LC379162 and LC 301695 are the right parts or is there a cheaper part. Thanks

In order to get your steps back up and running you are going to need to install the update kit, the Motor Upgrade Kit for Kwikee 26 Series Electric RV Steps part # LC379801. The update kit is your only option because they no longer offer a replacement linkage for your steps but they do offer a motor, the Replacement Motor for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379147. I wish I had a more cost effective solution for you but there are none available.

The Replacement Gear Box and C Linkage for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC379162 will not work as it is for IMGL steps made after 2005.
