As long as this bumper plate fits in place of the original bumper panel, it could provide an alternative to having to trim the bumper panel during installation of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13420. The hitch is a confirmed fit while we can't confirm fit for this bumper plate. You will want to note the dimensions of the receiver at 4-1/2" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the rear of the bumper and ground to the top edge of the receiver tube as important dimensions pairing up the hitch with the plate.

It would be nice to know if the Kia Hitch Cover/Bumper Insert (part # S9F61AU060) would work with the Curt hitch. This would prevent cutting the bumper fascia and would give a more finished look, similar to what the OEM hitch with cover would look like. Thanks for all your detailed answers.

I wish I could confirm (either way) if the Kia Bumper Insert will work with the Curt Hitch # C13420, but since it's not something we've physically tested I really can't say for sure. Just judging by the design difference between it and the OEM hitch though, I'm guessing it won't be compatible.
