Replacement Motor for Atwood Level Leg System 66280

Question:

I have a Class A 2010 Coachmen Mirada with a bad rear level leg. Its an Atwood 66539, and I open it up to find one of the gears with all its teeth stripped off. If I could just replace that gear it should work fine. I know that Atwood was bought out, but Im hoping that some of those parts are floating around still. Any suggestions? Thank you.

You are correct that Atwood was bought out by Lippert, and replacement parts are difficult to come by these days. I spoke to my contact at Lippert and your Atwood 66280 Level Leg system does not have any replacement parts available, so the Replacement Motor # LC241795 will not work as a replacement. He also said that unless you were able to find a reconditioned part from a salvage yard, your only course of action is going to be replacing the entire leveling system.

If you can let me know the GVWR of your 2010 Coachmen Mirada, which sub-model it is and most importantly the weld stop spacing, I can help you find a replacement leveling system.
