Question:

Could you help me to understand how to determine what size awning i need for my slide outs. I can certainly measure the width of the slide out. How much past the sides of the slideout should the awning cover. I understand I have to add to that for the size of the roller. So lets assume I have a 72inch slide out. Do I order a 78inch fabric with a 84inch roller so a 84inch slide out awning kit? Thank you

The only measurement I would need is the overall width of the slide-out including the flanges or trim around the perimeter of the slide-out. So if that measurement were 72 inches overall then you would use a 6-1/2 foot option such as # LCV000165063. It fits slide-outs that are 68 to 73-3/4 inches wide.
