Your best bet is to use something like the Trailer Connector Adapter w/ Lamp Out Sensor Bypass # 20142 which will disable your Ford F-350's lamp out sensors. This is a simple adapter that plugs into the vehicle's 7 way connector and then accepts your trailer's 7 way blade style connector to eliminate Lamp Out warnings in your vehicle while towing.

This will be much smaller than the 7 Way Trailer Adapter # C57003 you referenced in your question and accomplish the same thing.
