Does this axle ship fully assembled and ready to bolt on to the spring hangers?

The Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes part # 8327864-EB does come with the hubs and backing plates already installed so you would be ready to go once it arrives. It however does not come with u-bolts so if you need those as well you can obtain the U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 5,200-lb to 7,000-lb, Round Trailer Axles part # APUBR-8.
