Fulton T3205 Winch Replacement

Ive got a trashed T3205 and wondering if this model will be a good replacement? Thanks much.

Yes. The Jif Marine 2 Speed Trailer Winch # will work as a replacement for your old Fulton T3205 winch. It has the exact same 5.1:1 and 12.2:1 gear ratios as the T3205 and also comes with a 10" handle. I've attached a picture for reference to show some of the measurements-but this is a fairly universally mounted winch.
The long holes on the bottom are 1" long and 1/2" from the edges of the plate; the center hole is 2-3/8" from the edge (center of the hole); the long hole at the top running down the middle is also 2-3/8" from the edge (center of the hole).
If your existing plate does not have the similar holes that I was able to find, send me a picture of the bottom and I can find a different one that matches.
