I highly recommend using the Reese Strait-Line # RP66083 for your R-Pod 190 because this is one of the few systems that fights sway before it starts instead of correcting it after it already starts. This gives you a much better ride quality and since this uses chains it will be a little quieter than a system that mounts solely with brackets. You just need a hitch ball like the 2" # A-90 or the 2-5/16" # 19286 to complete your towing setup.

The lift brackets need to be mounted about 30" back from the hitch ball. If your propane tanks happen to be in the way Reese has their bolt-on brackets # RP58305 that allow you to still utilize the Strait-Line.

It is recommended that your trailer tongue weight be 10-15% of the weight of your loaded trailer so if your R-Pod has a GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) at 3,500 lbs then that would put your max tongue weight at 525 lbs if you are fully loaded and at the 15% tongue weight, you can use a portable scale like part # e99044 to easily find your loaded tongue weight. Since weight distribution (WD) systems also take into account any weight behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle (your 2019 GMC Canyon) we recommend using one that has a lightly higher rating so you can afford to put some cargo in your truck bed. Since the system I recommended above has a 400 lb - 800 lb weight rating it is perfect for your towing setup.

I noticed that you were looking at some bike rack solutions as well. If you are trying to find a way to take your bikes camping with you but you're also needing a way to mount it in the 2" receiver on your Canyon then the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack # LC429756 is the perfect solution for you. This mounts above your trailer jack and holds the bikes high enough that they should clear your propane tanks (see measurement pictures on product page to verify this). When you need to transport your bikes with your pickup simply lift the bike rack out of the A-Frame jack mount and use the Bump-It Hitch Receiver Adapter # LC723359.

I have attached some review videos for all of these products that you can checkout.

We do have the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-0800 which has the same 400 lb - 800 lb tongue weight range that the Steadi-Flex does. The e2 isn't as good a WD system as the Strait-Line but it is still effective product which you can see from the multiple positive reviews it has received from our customers. You still need a hitch ball which you can use either the # A-90 or # 19286 as I mentioned in the answer above. Please note that you will need a 1-7/8" thin-walled socket like part # EQ70-00-4800 to install the hitch ball due to minimal clearance on the underside of the head unit. The biggest disadvantage of using this system is that if your propane tanks sit in the 27" - 30" range from your hitch ball. If this is the case then you won't have a place to fit the brackets on your frame and you'll want to go with the Strati-Line so it will fit properly.
