Hi there. I’m planning on getting this rack but wanted to see if there’s an adapter for it to make it work for both 1.25” and 2” hitch receiver.

Great news, the newest version of the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike # RKY87RR fits both the 1-1/4 inch hitches and it also fits 2-inch hitches.. So you can use it with either the 1-1/4 inch rack to fit a 2 inch hitch.
You could also look at the Kuat Transfer 1 part # KU64FR which can fit both hitch sizes with it's included hitch adapter as well.
