The Dexter Axle part # 7359765 that you referenced has brake flanges attached to the spindles so your current assemblies will bolt right up and since it's the same 3,500 lb capacity you need the hubs you have will easily fit on it as well. So with this axle you will be able to install all of your current hub/drum/brake assemblies and the brakes will be functional.
