Question:
What sumo springs do you suggest for front and rear on a 2017 Thor 22FE on a Ford 350 chassis? I tow an enclosed tag trailer with that weighs approx 7000 lbs. It has terrible sway with passing trucks in any windy conditions. I have a weight distribution hitch that helps but it still seams to have too much tongue weight and rear sag of the rv. We use the rv without the trailer and it still sways a lot with passing trucks as well.

The SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs that I recommend for your 2017 Thor Motorhome 22FE is part # SSF-106-47 for the front and part # SSR-106-47-1 for the rear. The SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs will absolutely help with sway as well as porpoising. There is also another option for you to help control sway as well, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1139-117. These are the two most common upgrades on a motorhome to help with sway and other stability issues.
In regards to trailer sway, the best thing for this is a weight distribution system with integrated sway control. If yours does not have integrated sway control then you can upgrade to the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System part # EQ37100ET which is the best on the market for this.
