Question:
The instruction sheet shows the 4 way wiring for a 6 pole and indicates that the wiring for the 4 pole is on the next page but there is NO next page. Could not find wiring instructions for thes cord on your web site.

I am sorry for the confusion regarding the 4-Pole wiring on the Demco Trailer Connector Adapter # DM9523069. I went out to our warehouse to try and look through the manual that comes included and the 4-Pole wiring configuration was listed on the backside of the first (and only) page.
On the socket end of the 4-Pole round connector the upper left pin is for yellow/left turn and brake, the upper right pin is for green/right turn and brake, the lower left pin is for white/ground, and the lower right pin is for brown/running lights.
