What's really interesting about this question is that typically trailer tires don't wear out due to mileage and instead they need replacement due to age. Usually a trailer tire is good for 4 to 6 years before it starts dry rotting and needing replaced. As tires age beyond that they will start to leak and also be more likely to fail in other ways.

In nearly every trailer tire situation the treads themselves do not wear out before they age out so with the # AM10010 you'd be good for 4 to 6 years.

ST trailer tires typically last between 5,000 and 12,000 lbs depending on if they are inflated properly, not overloaded, and kept out of the sun which causes them to dry rot quicker. So to help with the last part we have covers like the part # 290-3955 which are the correct size for the # AM10010. Normally trailer tires don't see enough mileage to eventually fail due to age though which is why I answered your first question the way I did.
