Question:
Jameson C I did not ask how many years the tires could last I asked how many miles are they good for before they need replacing

What's really interesting about this question is that typically trailer tires don't wear out due to mileage and instead they need replacement due to age. Usually a trailer tire is good for 4 to 6 years before it starts dry rotting and needing replaced. As tires age beyond that they will start to leak and also be more likely to fail in other ways.
In nearly every trailer tire situation the treads themselves do not wear out before they age out so with the # AM10010 you'd be good for 4 to 6 years.
