You say read the instructions for torque specs, I did and I re-read them, no specs only say tighten.

We typically do not publish torque numbers because manufacturers have been known to substitute hardware of different hardnesses from time to time but they do a great job of keeping the installation instructions updated to reflect any changes. I've linked you to the instructions, torque values are mentioned in step 2,3 and 5. At the end of the instructions, there's a table that addresses the torque values as well.
