Do Electric Trailer Brakes With Parking Brake Have Cover Bracket
Updated 09/11/2019 | Published 09/10/2019 >
Question:
One picture in the QandA shows a parking brake cable attached to a brake assembly. In that picture, there is a bracket on the brake back plate that the cable cover attaches to. The uncovered cable extends out and is pinned to the parking brake actuator arm. I cannot see a brake cable cover bracket on the 7 inch brake backing plate shown in the pictures of this product. Are the pictures wrong or do I have to provide that bracket on my trailer frame?

I am not 100 percent certain what photo you are referring to although I can tell you that the photos of the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes - 7" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies # K23-103-104-00 are correct and anything not shown does have to be added separately.
I have added a link to a video review for you to check out as well.
