The Front Hanger for Dexter 10,000-lb General Duty Axles # 10GDH-FTRH34 that you referenced has an inner width of 2-1/2 inches which is the spring width it is designed to fit. This is a higher capacity type of spring used on 10,000 lb rated Dexter axles.
