Question:

I just received my 54 inch Top Tracks. The directions reference a vehicle specific track fit sheetinch that is not included. I called Thule and they said they dont offer that anymore though it is still in the directions. Said I have to contact the vehicle manufacturer. That seems a bit ridiculous. Im mounting these on the cab of a 2018 F150 super crew cab. Does anyone have any experience with this. What I really need to know is if there is any wiring running where these would go. Is there a recommended placement? Thanks.

While we have specific fit info for the door frame style of roof rack for your 2018 Ford F-150 we don't have any info for installing a track mounted rack like you mentioned with the # THTB60.

I'd recommend measuring the roof and seeing what track size would fit best. We have a 54 inch version of this track with part # THTP54 that would work well.

I wish we had the ability to look up if there was wiring you'd need to be aware of before drilling. Best option we have would be to drop the headliner first to check to see if there's any wiring there you'd need to be aware of. Maybe a Ford dealer would be able to help you but most likely they'd tell you the same thing.
