I do have an option for you but the Lippert Handrail for Victory Step Manual Fold-Down Steps part # LC726866 is designed for the Victory Step fold-down steps. From your photo, it looks like you have a Lippert Solid Step like part # LC698799 and there is not a handrail available that mounts directly to the solid step. However, you can use the Lend-a-Hand Extra Large Folding Grab Handle for RVs - Black with Black Foam Grip part # AM-533 which is going to attach the door frame stud and give you the support you need when climbing the stairs. There is a locking mechanism that secures the handle when you are parked and once you are ready to travel again, the handle can be stowed against the trailer.
