Question:

i have a 2004 fleetwood prowler regal 32foot fifth wheel and need to replace brakes i took off tire and hub to get part number and came up with 023-106-00 witch is for 6000lb axles when i look it up on your site using year and make it comes up with a 23-456 witch is a 7000lb axle so i need to know witch is right i bought the trailer off another guy and dont know what was done to it

Best option is to match the part number you found on your trailer. Realistically the 6k and 7k brake assemblies are mostly interchangeable as they both are 12 inch diameter by 2 inch width so either would technically fit, but going with the correct rating gives you a setup that's easiest to fine tune braking power. If you go with an assembly rated too high the magnet is more sensitive and you'll find that the brakes are harder to get the exact amount of braking power. It'll either feel like too much or too little.

So your best option is the # 23-105-106 for a set of left and right side assemblies that are manually adjusting or the part # 23-458-459 for a set of self adjusting brake assemblies.
