The switches on the Double-Panel On/Off Switch for Atwood Gas and Electric Combination Water Heaters part # AT91230 have two symbols, "I" which is for on and "O" which is for off. The switches are both in the on position in the photo I have attached for you.

Hey Scott, your #PD4645V is good and in storage mode. When it's solid green it's charging in boost mode, and when it's flashing quickly it's in normal mode but when flashing only every 6 seconds or so it's in storage mode.
