Question:
I have two trucks one is a Ford F-250 with a 6’ bed and one is a Ford F-350 with a 8’ bed. I have Reese sidewinder on my 5th wheel. If I lock the sidewinder out can I use the DM8550045. My 250 has the factory pucks. My 350 has a gooseneck.

Yes, you can use the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter part # DM8550045 if you were to lockout the turret on your Reese Sidewinder 5th Wheel Hitch. In order to lockout the turret you will need two 3/4" grade 5 bolts. The Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th would work with both the factory gooseneck hitch on your F-250 and the aftermarket gooseneck hitch on your F-350.
