Im looking for a floor liner that would fit the front area including the middle area. Thank you!

For your 2006 Ford E-450 the WeatherTech Front Auto Floor Mats # WT26DV are the correct mats for your RV. This has the section that goes over towards the middle of the floor board as well. It doesn't totally wrap around the dog house but it comes pretty close.
