I have the spray in bed liner line x and just ordered the q24 curt puck 5th wheel hitch for my F350, have there been any reported issues do to bedliner

Spray in bedliners are not an issue for the fifth wheel hitches that fit the factory fifth wheel rail kits of the 2017 Ford F-350 like what you have. I attached a picture to this page that shows this Curt 5th wheel hitch # C16545-16017 installed in a truck bed that has a spray in bedliner just like yours.
