The Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch # F142412 that you referenced does not come with a strap. It is compatible with a 2 inch wide strap and the drum can accept a strap length of up to 20 feet. With this in mind the Fulton # FWS20HD0200 will work perfectly with this winch.
