In order to determine the correct replacement hubs for your 2004 Four Winns Trailer you will need to pull one of the assemblies. Once you have the hub removed take out the inner and outer bearings and look for a number that should be stamped right inside of each of them.
If you can't read the numbers you can also take a few measurements along the spindle with a digital caliper. I have attached an image to assist.
If you can tell me the numbers you found, or the measurements you took, I will be happy to locate the right hubs for your trailer. It will also help to narrow down the options if you can tell me the trailer's axle capacity. Unfortunately trailer manufacturers don't typically make this kind of information readily available so this is the most accurate method to find the right parts.
