Will Kodiak Stainless Steel Disc Brake Kit Fit on 2015 EZ Loader Trailer with UFP Brakes

I have a 2015 EZ Loader adjustable boat trailer with 4 wheels with 6 lug rims. with disc brakes. The hubs are oil bath hubs. they are separate from the rotors If you go to EZ loader adjustable trailer parts web site, the rotors I have are SKU 250-034109. They are described as 12 inch nonintegral 6000# UFP rotors. I want to know if this kit will work with my existing hubs. I do not know the Kodiak rotor hub cut out ID to know whether the rotors will fit over my hubs. Will this kit work for me

The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2R526S will work find to replace the UFP kit you have on your trailer now. This kit is designed to fit the same standard brake mounting flange/hub dimensions as what your UFP kit has so this will fit and work great.
