How to Perform Fish Wire Technique when Installing a Hitch

Question:

The instructions for the Curt C31075 say to fishwire the 1/2inch bolts...inch What does this mean? Any video instructions?

The fish-wire that is referred to in the instructions is highlighted in the attached picture; this is going to be the way to get the bolts set up in holes that are tough to access otherwise. We do not have an install video for this specific front mount hitch, I have attached a general video that was created on another Curt install that demonstrates how to fish-wire a bolt using the included fish-wire from the included hardware kit.
