OK thank you very much. So there is no option whatsoever for self adjusting brakes for this axle? Please tell me there is :/. Thank you again.

From previous customers with your 2003 Coleman Fleetwood we've been able to determine that your trailer has 2,200 lb Dexter axles.
The bearings you would need are # L44649 for the inner and outer and then for a seal # 10-9.
For brake assemblies you would need part # 23-47 for the left and part # 23-48 for the right. These are manual adjust assemblies but there isn't a self adjusting set that fits your size. I know you didn't mention it, but if you needed to hub drums you would need part # 8-173-16UC3.
