If your Grand Design Reflections 150 comes with a Lippert Turning Point Pin Box then there will be no need for a Reese Sidewinder as these both serve the same purpose which is to move the pivot point therefore making for more turning clearance. The only thing you would need is a fixed 5th wheel hitch and for that I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30047 because of the dual locking jaws which form a tight grip on the kingpin therefore making for a smooth ride. This Reese hitch will absolutely work with the Lippert pin box.

I see you did not include the year and model of your Ram truck but if you do, I can then provide the proper install kit needed to use the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch.

If the 2019 Ram 3500 comes with the factory prep package (pucks) then you will need to use the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter part # RP30154 so you can install the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30047 but if you do not have the factory prep package (pucks) then you will need to use the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16430-204.
