We definitely have bike racks that will be great for your Natko E-Bike but the Swagman XC 2-Bike Rack # S64650 only has a weight capacity of 35 lbs per bike and according to my research your bike can weigh somewhere between 50 lbs and 80 lbs.
I do appreciate the photo as it was helpful in determining the right rack for you, and since your bike has fenders and a step-through frame you will need something that can accommodate that along with the weight. Here are the most economical options that will work, depending on its weight:
- Up to 60 lbs: Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # SA4412B
- Up to 70 lbs: Swagman E-Spec 2-Electric Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches # S94FR
- Up to 80 lbs: Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2 Electric Bike Rack - 2" Hitches # HLY84FR
The last two racks are frame-mounted with hooks, and since you have a step-through frame, I recommend adding the Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar # Y02531 (so long as the distance between your seat post and handlebar stem is between 14-1/2" and 31-1/2") to ensure the hooks have a spot to grasp to secure your bike.
Then there is the best option overall, the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202, which has a 65 lb capacity and is the simplest bike rack on the market to use. It has a ramp to make loading and unloading your bikes super easy and a plethora of convenience features.
I have added links to video reviews of each of these bike racks for you to check out.
