Would a swagman espec s94fr bike rack work on a newmar bay star 3124 class a motorhome concerns are the distance away from motorhome to handlebars of bike closest to motorhome bikes have 26 in span on handle bars weight is 42 pounds non electric Thanks dave

The Swagman E-Spec 2-Bike Platform Rack # S94FR is rated for use on an RV so it will be compatible with your Newmar Bay Star. As far as the clearance concern, from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the carrier is 15-1/4 inches. You can use this measurement to determine whether or not your bikes will fit.
When it comes to the bike weight capacity it can hold up to 2 bikes that weigh 70 lbs each so you don't have any concerns there. It is a wheel mount carrier which is great for carrying any bike that does not have a fender.
