I asked a question about which bike lock to get and the Master 312D was recommended. Where would I attach this lock to on the actual bike rack?

The Master Lock Laminated Steel Padlock part # ML312D will normally attach to the hole in the end of the hitch pin. However, since this rack comes with locking hitch pins, you shouldn't need this lock for the carriers.
