Question:

I removed my old motor to test it. I was not aware of spacers. I did this late in evening and was not aware of there being spacers in association with the bolts. The three I understand but there was a four spacer, all four are same size. Lippert LCI could not answer the question. They sent me all the drawings and diagrams they had but it didnt answer the question. Could you help? I have a 2007 Newmar Kountry Star step COACH STEP INC SN 05033 Part Number 725-0023 Step Assy., motor number 300-1406, looks to have date code of 02 27 2006.

Thank you for the diagrams and all of the info.

It actually looks like you are missing an additional 2 spacers. If you check out the attached photos you can see that the part 38 in the instructions calls for a quantity of 6 and that you put 2 on each of your 3 bolts. You place 1 on either side of the Motor for Lippert Electric Coach Step # LC301695. If you can't find the other 2 spacers we have replacements as part # LC128958 on our site.
