Can 58 Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack be Used on a 2010 Toyota Highlander

the video shows 50 inch cross bars can I get 58 inch or longer cross bars and cut them to the length I want. the 58 inch bars are probably just what I need but can they be cut if needed. Have a 12 aluminum boat that I will need to hang one side of the rail and lift the boat and slide onto the roof rack needs to be longer to hold boat away from vehicle as I am lifting . used to this with my Camaro with no problems. Camaro had suction cup roof racks.

We have actually confirmed with Malone that both the 58" # MPG216 and the 65" # MPG217 long Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack will fit on your 2010 Toyota Highlander. The video that you are referring to is us fitting the 50" version, part # MPG215, on a 2008 Toyota Highlander. When I checked with Malone the 50" version actually won't fit so you need to use one of the longer versions and you won't have to cut them.
Even though it is possible, we don't recommend installing the roof rack so that the bars are uneven because that can put more stress on one set of legs.
