I do have an option for you but air bags cannot be repaired. The only way that you will be able to stop one from leaking is to replace this. Any fix that you were able to come up with would only be temporary and you would be back to square one when it fails. This could also happen during the middle of a trip therefore you will need to just replace the entire air bag. If you can let me know what air bag you have (part number on bag), I would be happy to get you the correct replacement. For example, if you have the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57215 which are a fit for your 2001 Dodge Ram Pickup you cab use the Replacement Air Spring for Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 part # AL50201.
