Question:

pulling a motorcycle trailer 12 x 4 x 4 wheels . using 145R12 tires . Which ones are speed rated ? Carlise, Kendra Karrier, Rainer ? Or are radials higher speed rated than bias ? I like to go fast. Over 80 mph passing others sometimes. Thank you.

I don't know what the speed rating on Carlisle or Rainer tires are but the Kenda Karrier 145R12 tires have a 65 mph speed rating. Since you are wanting a tire with a higher speed rating I recommend the Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT53012C which has a Load Range C (1,050 lbs at 80 psi) and a speed rating of 81 mph.

Aside from that the closes size tire we have with a higher speed rating is the Kenda Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10235 which is rated for 81 mph but this is about 5-1/2" larger in diameter and about 2" wider than your current tire so you would likely need to modify your motorcycle trailer to accommodate such larger tires.
