The largest drop available is 17-1/2 inches with the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers - 2" Hitch - 17-1/2" Drop # 325-GH-318, which has such a significant drop that you will need the Adjustable Stabilizer Bar Kit for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mounts with 2" Receivers # 325-GH-0100 to ensure stability.

The second-most drop 16 inches with the BulletProof Hitches Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # HD2016 (2 inch hitch), # HD2516 (2-1/2 inch hitch), or # HD3016 (3 inch hitch).

Those would be the closest available to the 20 inch drop you are looking for. Each would need to be secured to your hitch with a separate pin, and I strongly recommend the Hitch Receiver Lock for 2", 2-1/2", and 3" Hitches # FA86-00-3160 for this.
