Question:
Is this AMSC12 available with a 14inch instead of the 12?

I have a different option for you, but there is not a version of the Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount # AMSC12 with a 14" drop.
Instead the only option is the BulletProof hitches # HD2014 which offers up to 14" of drop and includes a 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls. The 2" hitch ball has a 12000lb towing capacity, and the 2-5/16" hitch ball has a 22000lb towing capacity. While this does not have the built in shock absorption as the Convert-A-Ball option, using a anti-rattle device # e99007 will keep the ball mount from moving around in your trailer hitch receiver.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
